I hope the series continues to please the readers as this is the inspiration we crave to continue our writing journey. Not everyone will love our stories and no book is cookie cutter. This, as writer's, we've come to accept. I've provided a few of them below. Again, thank you for the reviews and may you (the reader) always find the book that calls to you.
5 Star I love to read books that receive bad reviews just to see if I agree or not. I started this book with an open mind, really didn't like it much because it jumped around alot but i always finish a book just to give it a fair shot, I'm happy to say that by the end I was totally engrossed in finding out what was going to happen. I came online to look for the 2nd book in the series and was bummed to find out it's not out yet. Yes there's alot of in depth story telling in book one but isn't that what a series is suppose to do? Pull you in and get you hooked? Well it did now break out the coffee and set at the typewriter and get that next book out lol Demons, Angels, losers and lovers, bad guys, good guys, tempters and lovers, honesty, deception, romance, hero, come on what's not to love in this story. The story builds slowly and for many they may feel a book has to grab them from page one to hold their interest, take the time to relax and enjoy this book, by the end you to will be here hunting for book 2. My honest opinion, this author knows how to write a series and i for one will gladly add her to my favorite authors to watch. 5 Star This story was not what I expected, but in a good way. I have read plenty of books with Angels and Demons and this one wasn't same as the others. The female character was strong and Alex was wonderful. I highly recommend this book for those looking for a different kind of love story. I can't wait until book two is released! 5 Star Five wickedly sexy stars for Fallen! Fallen opens in New York City. Lisa is just like any other woman. She wants to be successful in life, but she also wants to be happy. When the perfect job falls into her lap, it would seem that she has it all: a career that many would covet, good friends, men interested in her, and general happiness. Unbeknownst to Lisa, her job is not all it seems, and neither is her boss, Samuel. Samuel seems like a great person to work with. He is charismatic, though a bit mysterious, easy going, and fun. Nothing is missing, or so it would seem. The problem is that Samuel is not what he seems. Evil seldom looks evil head on, especially when it is out for your soul, and Samuel wants Lisa’s soul. Alex is Lisa’s new neighbor. He is kind, fun to be with, and a gorgeous ray of sunshine, but even good guys have things to hide. As Lisa’s relationship with Alex progresses, so does Samuel’s attempts to steal Lisa’s very being, and he is not one easily thrown aside. There are fireworks everywhere when the intentions of Samuel collide with the goodness of Alex. With Lisa in between these two warring beings, anything is possible. This book was very special to me. I’ve known the author, Julie Morgan, for 26 years. How she’s had all of this in her head for all her life is a mystery to me. I love the characters in this book. Yes, even Samuel, because you can’t have goodness without evil! For me, the most impressive facet of this book is the rich descriptions of Hell, and the angels and demons. Obviously, Ms. Morgan has never been to Hell, but from her descriptions, you might think she’d had firsthand experience. The reading of those scenes is actually stressful. Her grasp on angels and demons is no less impressive. They are strong, beautiful, and at many times, terrifying. That Julie Morgan successfully pulls off a great love story in the midst of this, is nothing short of ingenious in my opinion. It’s a tall order, but man, she comes through. I feel so proud to have watched this story evolve, and I am equally excited about being a part of the next one in the series: Redemption!

I can't believe it's exactly 90 days till I hit the publish button on book 2 of the Chronicles of the Fallen series! Redemption takes a deeper dive into the lives of Lisa and Alex. You'll meet a few new angels and demons and you may receive a visit from Samuel.
Some have asked, "What happened to Xander and Mariah?" Well you must read Redemption to find out! During the course of Redemption, you'll follow Lisa and Alex along their adventure of "what the hell just happened?" Haha kidding, but in all seriousness, Fallen leaves you on a gasping cliffhanger. If you're wanting to know what happens next, then on March 15th press that "ONE CLICK" button! What have you wished for from Santa this year? Maybe a sexy angel under your tree? Or maybe a hot demon? Well you'll get to make that wish soon enough!

Redemption is underway! My betas have completed their read through and my street team is finishing up. So far, the consensus is "AMAZING!" "BLOWS FALLEN OUT OF THE WATER!" "I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!" Again, completely humbled and I can't thank my teams enough for their hard work and effort as we move along together in this journey! In Redemption, I take a deeper dive into the characters you met in Fallen. I also introduce you to new characters; new angels and demons. "You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll gasp and at the end, you'll want to kick Julie in her butt, then choke her while screaming, why did you do that!" I laugh with conviction to this because the story made its impact on the reader, which at the end of the day, is my goal. You'll get a better look into Alex, watch Lisa change, hate Samuel even more (as if that were possible!) and meet the new characters, whom you'll thoroughly enjoy! Also, some have asked what happens to Xander and Mariah. You'll have to read Redemption to find out!  Release day was one word: AMAZING!!! The blog take over at A Girl Amongst Books was great! Everyone seemed to have a great time and enjoyed the giveaways. Then there was the event party! WOW!!! I cannot thank everyone enough for participating! I'll be hosting more parties in the future and plan to include my Samuel in it as well. You'll get to do a similar meet and greet with fitness model Daniel Hosse. Reflecting back on this year, it's been an amazing ride! Fallen publishes in a few days *squeals* Redemption is with my beta readers *commences in another squeal* and I'm working with a few models in creating original covers for some upcoming novels, Redemption included *happy dances* Sunday evening I'll be hosting an online release party to celebrate the book birthday of Fallen! Happy Thanksgiving! May you eat all through the day. May your pants be light, and not very heavy. Pull up to the table and indulge in the meats. For tomorrow, there may be no more sweets. When the Cowboys play the Raiders, stand proud with me! For when my 'boys take them down, we'll shout VICTORY! So here's to us and and everything we'll do. Thank you for everything, all of this is for you.  Recently I wrapped up Redemption, outside of updates here and there, and of course my amazing Beta team! You girls ROCK! I signed up to participating in a short story erotica story creation. Wish me luck! I have an idea in mind and as they say, let's RUN with it!
I have a story set to write from the perspective of Samuel in the Chronicles of the Fallen series. I've named it, for now, Saving Souls. I may update it to Saving Souls: Fire and Ice. I'm not 100% sure yet, but with anything, it can always be changed. I'm completely in love with the story line of Alex and Lisa. I also plan to write more about them and their... well I can't say right now without giving away the story line of Redemption! Haha! I promise though, more will come after Redemption and Saving Souls! The next book I plan to start on, after the short story erotica that is, is Sci-Fi romance. It's futuristic and it's a story line I'm REALLY looking forward to writing. I've temporarily named it "Surviving Death". Another story line I will be writing is more in line of New Adult. So far I've called it Southern Roots. This one haunts me a lot. I see images and people time to time and I'm constantly drawn into this one. Who knows, maybe it'll be next.
