Back earlier this year I published Deadly Alchemy. It is my historical/steampunk/paranormal novel about vampires, werewolves, and an alchemist in a heap of trouble. I had intended on this being a stand alone novel. Well the characters thought different! Fatal Intentions, book 2, has a target date set for Tuesday, January 19, 2016. If this changes, I'll be sure to communicate it immediately. Look for the cover reveal to happen soon! If you've not read Deadly Alchemy, pick your copy up today! Back in March, I finished writing Delta Force, the first novel in the new series I'm starting called "Special Ops". It will be a military romance series based on realistic events that have occurred during times of war. The first book is not based on real life events, but the accounts are factual. The other stories, I will be interviewing soldiers that have been in Special Ops, Commanders, Leaders, Snipers, Rangers, etc. Their stories will be told. I am looking forward to this new adventure and I hope you hold on tight with me because the ride WILL be wild! I'm featuring Kenolivier Gisbert on the cover of Delta Force. He's as excited as I am to see the finished product. Ken and James, the amazing photog, thank you for everything and capturing what I was looking for! So stay tuned! There will be more to come! While we're talking Southern Roots, I have toyed with the idea of extending the series. Where I've mentioned Paramour being the last book; this is most likely the truth. However, I do believe a collection of short stories will be coming soon. Clive is not done (he's a talker!) and I believe we'll be meeting his family (aka: brothers) very soon! I think Scarlet may also be back in the picture (you met her in Fueled Desire).  Writing, writing and MORE writing...I've mentioned Marianne Morea and I have ventured into co-writing a story together. We are both pretty darn excited for this! Think... Lord of the Rings meets Harry Potter in King Arthur's court. Yeah... it's like that. Again, EXCITED!!!! We've named the beauty "Dragon Master". Let your imagination run from there...  Almost a year ago I began writing a new series about military special ops. Book one titled: Delta Force. That is still happening! I've secured what will be the cover image and once I get to a point I can focus on that story, edits will take place. Depending on writing time, you may see it come early summer time. That is, of course, unless I have the third book in the Deadly Alchemy series completed... it is outlined so it will happen! That is all for now. Stay tuned and keep in touch! We finally started! First two chapters are completed and I believe tomorrow we'll have the next two. The genre? Sci-fi/Fantasy where Lord of the Rings meets Harry Potter in a medieval King Author's court type of world. It's going to be super fun and I cannot WAIT to see where it goes! There's potential for quite a few stories on this so let's see what happens! Writing...Paramour and Fatal Intentions beta edits have come back. As I work through the stories, the love of the characters continue to hold onto me. Derek's story, Paramour, ends the series in novel form, but keep look out on the stories continuing in short story form. I'm looking to write a collection of Southern Roots short stories to publish in 2016. Fatal Intentions picks up after Deadly Alchemy. The photo shoot for Fatal Intentions will be taking place this weekend! EEK I'm so excited! I'll see about taking some sneak peek pictures for you! You remember the cover for City Lights, book two in the Southern Roots series? Same awesome guy, Mike McCann, will be taking the photo shoot for me so hold on tight for the wild ride! Marcus and Sarah will be represented on the cover of Fatal Intentions! Events... April 6-10, 2016 I'll be attending The Novel Experience Event (TNEE) in Atlanta! August 3-7, 2016 I'll be attending Authors After Dark as a Featured Author in Savannah! August 26-27, 2016 I'll be attending Authors in the Sand in Daytona! November 12th, 2016 I'll be attending Beach Babe Book Blast in Tampa! More happening in 2016!In 2016 I'll be plotting out more stories in different genres! Titled Fatal Intentions, this story will take you back in time of corsets and bustle skirts, mixed with steampunk ingenuity. John and Amelia are back, as well as Adam, Sophie and Sarah. You'll also meet new characters: Irina, Marcas, Tomas, and Elena. All play a pretty big role in this story. It is quite different from Deadly Alchemy, but kept the same premise; vampires, werewolves, and a new supernatural being: Necromancers. It is a wild ride so be ready for it early spring 2016! Super Secret ProjectShh! I can't say anymore than this! Well maybe one thing; it's a spin off from Chronicles of the Fallen! More Samuel, Alex and Michael! Collaborative Effort with Marianne MoreaThat's right! Marianne and I have put our heads together to begin writing a book together! We've talked about it, mewed over ideas, tossed things here and there, then finally, came up with a great idea! We're just at the beginning stages.
